The Eu ropean Stability Facility Fund is to increase its potential lending power to make it m,ore efficient Fund head Klaus Regling said: "This will be done by raising the guarantee amount, the sum of all the guarantees from the euro area member states,from €44jobn to €780bn, and, by raising the over-guarantee [from] 120% to 165%."
