The year 2011 is coming to an end - a one more year of rapid changes, large objectives and intensive work. Waiting for the largest holidays of the year - Christmas and New Year - we remember the most important works of the year, we wish each other health, happiness, most beautiful aims and fruition of expectations.In 2011 we once again became assured that our Journal is very necessary not only for the scientists and specialists of industrial institutions but also for the students of universities.
