RightShip's environmental rating service hits the mark

Since launching its online environmental rating earlier this year, Australia's RightShip has been pleased with how well it has been received by customers including shippers, ports and terminals and government agencies. The rating, which follows IMO guidelines and analyses extensive data about some 53,000 ships in RightShip's well-established online vetting system, is available to RightShip's more than 200 subscriber organisations and thousands of users worldwide. Warwick Norman, CEO of RightShip, said the early take-up has shown the months his team spent listening to customers then planning and designing the new rating system was well worth it.
