Flying indoors no doubt has its advantages. The smaller aircraft we see today were almost unthinkable a few years back. I see plenty of the "indoor" planes and helis bouncing around at the local shows, Since these models are so light, they carry less energy and usually do not suffer much damage if you should inadvertently fly into a wall.
