Panther Sport Flies

American company Sport Performance Aircraft (SPA) has announced the maiden flight of the first Panther Sport kit aircraft built by a retail customer. A Sport version of the Panther LS with a shortened wing and a Lycoming 0-320 engine, N109L was built by Robert Woolley and took its first flight on May 8 at Haller Airpark in northern Florida.
