The Mi-171A2 is the culmination of many years of development from the Mi-8/17 helicopter family. Built-in is a supreme level of reliability, safety, and comfort. High performance, along with reduced operating costs, allow the Mi-171A2 to perform a wide range of tasks as the operator demands.Mi-171A2 is certified by Federal Air Transport Agency of the Russian Federation as per the AP-29 Aviation Rules. This is the first convertible certified helicopter of the Mi-8/17 type.
