Boom Supersonic, based in Colorado, has announced the name of its full-size 55-seat supersonic airliner. The company claims the Overture will be the most community and environmentally friendly supersonic jet ever built. This comes after Boom revealed earlier this year that it had secured funding totalling over $141m allowing it to advance the development of its Mach-2.2 commercial airliner.
