Vista Jet parent launches, announces XOJet buy

VistaJet founder and chairman Thomas Flohr on September 11 launched Vista Global as a parent company that will "spearhead the consolidation of the fragmented and expanding business aviation market." Besides membership charter firm VistaJet, Vista Global's subsidiaries will include business aircraft leasing and financing company Vista Lease and TechX, an aviation technology firm offering end-to-end solutions for both customers and operators.
