It wasnwell received and provided documentationnin standards to takenback and justify proper staffingnlevels in your department. Fastnforward over a decade and mostndepartments are still not properlynstaffed to provide our primarynfunction. Yet, we have beenntasked with additional responsibilitiesnsuch as emergency medicalnservices, fire prevention, andneveryone's favorite: HazardousnMaterials (HazMat) mitigation.
