Livewire offers waterproof case

Livewire Digital has introduced the LV-E1 waterproof HD camcorder enclosure. Derived from the Sony SPK-HCD underwater case, the custom enclosure offers full compatibility with cameras including the Sony HDRHC9.rnThe case has a detachable pistol grip enabling users to hold a steady shot and a waterproof control panel lets users power up the camera, zoom and record, while a custom LCD monitor, built into the back of the case, helps to frame the shot in adverse conditions. The custom monitor also enables framing of the shot at arm's length, displays tally information and is powered from the camera battery.
