A new era of sustainability

Casio has been the pioneer of laser and LED hybrid projection since its introduction to the market five years ago. Since then, the manufacturer is unique in offering a completely lamp-free portfolio and has been dedicated to developing its range of solutions to bring the benefits of this eco-friendly light source to new markets. Laser and LED projection presents a much more environmentally friendly method of generating an image, removing the lamp and mercury substance and replacing them with laser and LED. The system works by having two light sources, a laser unit and an accompanying phosphor filter to create the blue and green colours and an LED for the red. A DLP chip processes the signal to create the image.
