»With a career encompassing corporate events, theatre, festivals and technically ambitious shows such as Kraftwerk's performances at the Tate Modern, there are few production obstacles Craig Becker hasn't overcome. This year, National Television Awards (NTA) creator Indigo Television turned once more to the technical producer from Silver Sky to manage the technical requirements of the 21 st NTAs - a high profile production which is held at The O2 London and broadcast live on ITV. Becker is an old hand on the NTAs, using cutting edge technology, with 2016 marking his fifth time working on the star studded show. As the production industry is based heavily around trust, especially for high profile awards ceremonies that are broadcast live, the event relies on suppliers which Becker refers to as the "most respected" in the business. For the NTA prime time show, the line-up of tech rental houses included PRG XL Video, PRG and Light Initiative for the visual elements, Plus 4 Audio for sound and DLM for rigging services.
