When UBM moved to 240 Blackfriars, it introduced a new agile and collaborative working method for its 400 London HQ staff, relies heavily on a range of technologies, including smartcards, room booking, interactive touch, whiteboarding software, telepresence, audio and video conferencing and room control. UBM simply would not be able to achieve this without these systems, and incidentally, without an effective training programme to ensure all staff had the confidence to engage with and explore the new technology.
