Motor lender hires ex-OFT official to lead compliance

DSG Financial Services has recruited Mark Lloyd as its new head of compliance to help dealers implement Financial Conduct Authority directives. Lloyd was recruited from the Office of Fair Trading, where he audited businesses applying for new, or variations to, consumer credit licences. He also advised firms on trading and due diligence systems. He had been seconded to the OFT from Trafford Council in Greater Manchester.
