A Pleasant Surprise

If the auto industry is in a funk, one would never know it from this year's Conference of Auto Remarketing (CAR 2010). Attendance was a pleasant surprise. I was personally thrilled when I discovered Maryann Keller was one of the presenters. I have been trying to attend one of her workshops since I had to stand in the hallway just to hear her at NADA in 1987. Having her speak at CAR was a real coup.rnWaldek Raczkowski from Ford Global Lifecycle Analytics Department was not only entertaining, but spot-on in his explanation of recent Ford history and analysis of the company's future.
