Wants its smallest vehicle to be the big attraction. The Up! city car will take centre stage, in three cylinder gasoline, CNG and battery electric form. Peer inside and expect to see a lot of clever packaging ideas. We liked VWs Ll 2009 IAA concept so much we put it on the cover of that year's October issue so we're hoping that another ultra-efficient, ultra-light diesel hybrid will be on the stand this time.
