We've seen a correlation between the development of injection pressure and the requirements arising from emission legislation and increasing specific power, Current Euro 6 emission targets can be fulfilled while at the same time reach higher fuel efficiency with our 2,000 to 2,500bar commonrail systems. Low-pressure levels are more applicable to lower to medium specific power applications, while 2,500bar systems serve higher specific power requirements - 80-100kW/litre. For future requirements, we have to take a systematic approach where we look closely at the possibility of increased rail pressures, but we'll also need to look at the entire system setup in order to reach even higher targets.
