Understanding your site's energy and water use is essential for identifying and reacting tc strategic efficiency improvement opportunities. In light of economic and environmental threats which currently face the Australian grape and wine sector, this response capability will b« essential for ongoing sustainability of crucial resources such as energy and water. The process knowledge that forms the platform for response is obtained via a site audit and can be used tc assess the impact of documented process improvement strategies. Proposed measures can ther be prioritised based on environmental impact, cost, return on investment, or other parameters relevant to the enterprise.
