The key to protecting critically endangered turtles couldlie in their barnacles. Whilst some people think barnaclesgrowing on turtles is bad for them, Giffith University PhDstudent Ryan Pearson thinks that these invertebrates couldactually help protect the turtles by shifting conservation towhere it is needed most.
