I grew up on the coast with a father in the navy, so theocean became a part of my life at an early age. During highschool, several mentors helped fuel this passion by takingme on spearfishing and surfing adventures. Throughoutthese years, I volunteered for aquariums and other wildlifefacilities, and worked within the dive industry. I pursuedstudies in marine science at university and have worked inthe field ever since.
