Editorial

摘要

I am delighted to be writing the editorial for this issue, which includes four excellent papers traversing the core intellectual property law areas of patents and copyright, and the much less studies areas of plant breeders' rights (PBRs) and geographical indications (GIs). I would like to take this opportunity to thank both well established and emerging Australian intellectual property law scholars for the ongoing support they provide to the Australian Intellectual Property Journal and to the editorial team.
