DEFENCE released its ITR for the Domestic Munitions Manufacturing Arrangement (DMMA) in May, and respondents have until 8 August to respond. The DMMA program walks a narrow line between the pursuit of value for money on the one hand and the requirement for strategic self-suf ficiency in some core aspects of munitions manufacture, on the other.
