The field of contenders for Land 400 is dwindling. ADM confirmed recently that the Boeing and Iveco team has withdrawn and now Raytheon has confirmed to ADM in a statement that they will not be pursing the multi-billion dollar vehicle program with France's Nexter. "Raytheon and Nexter have recently sought to build on their international partnership to submit a solution for the Land 400 Phase 2 combat reconnaissance vehicle (CRV) competition. Based on the combat proven VBCI coupled with the next generation capability embodied in the T40 turret, the Raythe-on/Nexter solution delivers world-leading capability in firepower, force protection, survivability and mobility.
