The most important problems of protecting and monitoring the environment are observing, evaluating, and predicting the change of the chemical composition of natural waters and sewage by the means of anthropogenic factors [1, 2]. The main sources of contamination of water reservoirs are agricultural, collector-drainage, industrial and household sewage waters. All this converts water into a substance that is dangerous to health and unsuitable for agriculture, technology, and other areas of human activity. This cannot but cause serious misgivings among doctors and ecologists [3].
