Economic indicators for risk analysis

摘要

Recommendations are made for the selection and utilization of key parameters of economic analysis of risk associated with the effect of technogenic sources of risk on human health. These are the parameters which form the basis of methods for assessing harm due to sources of risk under normal and emergency conditions, opimization of protective measures, and so on. The following problems are examined: the qualitative (conceptual) and quantitative definition of the cost of risk (cost of the initial risk indicators); substantiation of the procedures and norms for discounting (reduction of economic quantities to the same moment in time.
