Voltaire delivers highest-performing unified fabrics for datacenters with new 20Gbps switch

Voltaire Ltd., a provider of grid backbone solutions for the datacenter, introduced the Grid Director ISR 2004, a new 20Gbps, 96-port InfiniBand switching platform for high-performance unified fabrics in the datacenter. When combined with Voltaire s recently introduced 10-Gigabit Ethernet line board and 4Gbps Fibre Channel storage router, customers can introduce unified fabrics to their datacenters that take advantage of the highest-performance InfiniBand, Ethernet, and storage available on the market today.
