China Lighting Expo 2011, the Advocate for Green Lighting, Lower Costs and Increase Efficiency

As the global economy further develops, energy consumption is increasing at an exponential speed and lighting uses up to 20% of global energy consumption. To cope with the global trends of low-carbon, energy saving and green lighting, China has been launching green lighting program since 1996 to promote the application of high-efficiency, and energy-saving lighting products. In the age of environment and energy conservation, the manufacturing industry is concerned on how to adopt lighting control system and replace energy-saving lamps to efficiently save energy, lower production costs and operating costs, raising the need for greenrnlighting technology and information.
