Vietnam records US$11.68 billion export and import turnover in the second half of November 2013

The Vietnam Customs Statistics records that in the second half of November 2013, Vietnam's total export of US$6.24 billion and total import of nearly US$ 5.44 billion resulted in a trade surplus of US$795 million. Accordingly, the total value of export and import turnover of Vietnam in the second half of November was US$ 11.68 billion, up slightly by 3.5% in comparison with the first half of November 2013. Furthermore, in the first 11 months of 2013, the country was in trade deficit of US$ 144.2 million.
