摘要

In this paper we investigate the asymptotic behavior of the solutions of the one-dimensional generalized porous-thermo-elasticity problem. First, we prove that when only thermal damping is present the decay of solutions is slow (generi-cally). Second, we show that if the porous dissipation is also present the decay of the solutions is controlled by an exponential.
