AAPT 2010 Keynote Address Industry Challenges and Opportunities 2010

The 85th Annual Meeting Keynote Address titled "Industry Challenges and Opportunities 2010, "was presented by James H. Roberts, Chief Operating Officer of Granite Construction Incorporated. Challenges the asphalt industry currently faces were described along with opportunities the challenges create, especially around new "Green" technologies. In addition to the challenges and opportunities described, the role of the technical asphalt community in assisting with the rapid rational implementation of new technologies while optimizing benefits, cost, and risk was discussed.
