Grant wollenhaupt: Thanks for the presentation, Gale. I enjoyed it. Going back to the prequalification requirements of contractors who messed up on the warranty instead of bonding, what's the contractors' feedback when that's been in place? GALE PAGE: I'm going to tell you, we were surprised that they accepted the 3 year Value Added (warrantee) spec, and there really hasn't been a lot of negative feedback. We've had contractors go out and fix areas that needed to be fixed. And, again, it's only in three years, so there hasn't been a lot of negative reaction after it's been implemented. We implemented it, I believe, in 2002. GRANT WOLLENHAUPT: Have there been any contractors who then weren't qualified to bid because of work? Has that issue come up and then been resolved and that worked out well you haven't gotten there yet.
