FM transmitters and chargers are the current mainstream car iPod accessories.rnMainland China's product development efforts are generally centered on enhancing cosmetics, while adding functions to electronic accessories is also a high priority. In contrast, product development has taken the backseat in Hong Kong as orders for the products have been decreasing.rnMainland China's car iPod accessory sales reached $120 million in 2007, of which 80 percent were from exports. For 2008, it is estimated to reach $160 million.rnThere are about 130 car iPod accessories suppliers in mainland China, close to 90 percent of which are based in Guangdong province, specifically in Shenzhen.
