摘要

The second quarter issue of Asian Power looks at the slow death of nuclear power in South Korea and Taiwan, two former nuclear giants that could no longer meet the 81% global average capacity factor. South Korea has stopped 6GW of planned projects, whilst Taiwan is keen on capping nuclear capacity at 4.45GWe and eventually phasing it out.
