摘要

Hyun Koo Cho is an Assistant Professor at the School of Public Administration, Korea University, Jochiwon, South Korea. Cho, who holds a PhD in Policy Studies from the University of Maryland at College Park, USA, worked at the Peterson Institute for International Economics during 1999 to 2001. His research interests focus on regulatory policy and process, and global regulatory harmonization such as United Nations' financial sanctions.
