Tensilica, a fast growing company, focuses on providing the ultimate in application-specific microprocessor solutions for high-volume embedded systems. The company was incorporated in July 1997 by executives who had four key technical disciplines: microprocessor architecture, ASIC and VLSI design, advanced software development, and electronic design automation (EDA).
