NEC LCD Technologies has introduced the NL10276BC30-32 and NL10276BC30-33 15-inch amorphous-silicon color thin-film transistor (TFT) LCD modules intended for factory automation controllers, measuring instruments, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and automated teller machine (ATM) terminals. The new modules feature XGA resolution, contrast ratio of 600:1, wide viewing angle of 160° horizontally and 140° vertically and fast response time of 18ms.
