Foster Electric Boosts Vietnam Plant To Augment Global Production

With the continuing surge in the demand of headphones and headsets for mobile phones and other portable audio products in China, United States, as well as European region, Foster Electric Co., Ltd. has amplified the production for these products. For this reason, the company has started increasing the production capacities of its two facilities located in Ho Chi Minh under Foster Electric (Vietnam) Co., Ltd. Efforts to boost the company's production capacities of headphones in the two plants have started bearing fruit. The present combined monthly production capacities have increased from 9 million units to 12 million units. Aside from increasing the production capacity for headphones, Foster Electric augmented as well the production of its resin-molded products, the facility for which is also located inside the Ho Chi Minh facility. At present, the facility produces 30 percent of resin-molded products that Foster Electric (Vietnam) uses.
