Rohde & Schwarz's EMC Test Breaks Ground for A/V Receivers

The dissemination and commercial use of new TV broadcast transmission standards such as DVB-T2, coupled with higher TV resolutions for high definition and ultrahigh definition (UHD), have resulted in new EMC test requirements as defined in CISPR 20 (EN 55020), CISPR 13 (EN 55013), and ITU-R BT.1729. Test and measurement (T&M) equipment must support the resulting EMC test signals, transmission standards and A/V analysis.
