Mitsubishi Materials Sets up Mass-Production Center for Sputtering Target

Mitsubishi Materials Corporation has established a new mass-production technology center at the San-da plant, its main plant in Sanda City, Hyogo Prefecture, in Japan in order to accelerate the development of mass-production technology for cylindrical and large flat-plate sputtering targets that are compatible with larger substrates of flat panel displays or solar batteries, and also to accelerate the manufacturing of these sputtering targets.
