EPSON Beefs up Reach, Eyes New Growth Fields

EPSON Singapore PTE LTD took part at NEPCON Vietnam for the first time in a bid to strengthen their presence in Vietnam, which the company said is expected to grow immensely. Amid the bullish economic outlook, EPSON considers the market will expand further and will stir growth of various industries. In an interview with AEI, Chan Tuck Mun, Regional Manager, Marketing & Technical, Electronic Devices Sales Division, EPSON Singapore said the company wanted to enhance its market reach in Vietnam, where the company operates through three distributors. Mun said the company in particular would propel its electronic devices business in the region, which comprises the quartz device business and the semiconductor business, which also includes high-temperature polysilicon thin-film transistor (TFT) for projectors.
