Training With Industry

Training with Industry (TWI) provides competitively selected officers, warrant officers, and noncommissioned officers (NCOs) with extensive work exposure to corporate America. The TWI program was originally established to expose military personnel to private-sector procedures and practices not available through existing military or advanced civilian training programs.
