Thomas Countryman Elected Arms Control Association Chairman

The Arms Control Association Board of Directors announced on Oct. 20 that it elected Thomas Countryman, former acting undersecretary of state for arms control and international security, to serve as chairman of the board. He joined the board of the Arms Control Association earlier this year.
