We continue to seek high quality submissions. The goal is to increase marginally the number of papers published in each volume. This takes a higher level of quality submissions. SSCI Impact factor from June, 2018 for Journal of Real Estate Research is 0.800. All real estate journal impact factors increased for the 2018 reporting period. There are other weighting factors as well. For the period January 1, 2017 to December 31, 2017, we provide the following statistics which differ slightly from the prior March to February presentations. The results combine articles submitted via the automated system and the prior manual system. Henceforth, all metrics will be based on the automated system.
