But why does the idea of living in a single-family house occur to me in the first place? You see, despite how well I generally get on with my neighbours (in my housing project) sometimes one or other of them gets on my nerves, with a single-family house I could avoid interminable discussions about the administration of the apartment building, and for my daughter's dog it would be easier if I only had to open the door to let him go outside. But that is all. In fact I prefer living in an apartment building and there are good reasons for this.
