The Township of Luodong, which got its start from the woodworking industry, possesses a distinctive free spirit. We endeavor to reconstruct the experience of textures from everyday local materials. Sturdy weatherproof steel, galvanized steel rails, timber, and expansive shade of trees have been transformed into a cultural working house (a gigantic steel arbor which harbors the sky gallery and a cultural marketplace), elevated tracks, an extreme sports park, as well as an ecological pond that steadily flows through the entire area.Along-span flat top pavilion stands still on its slender pillars, demonstrating its pure structural strength. It is 18 meters high, 90 meters long, 54 meters wide, with a roof protruding on four sides by eight meters, powerfully yet delicately cutting through the ever more extensive horizon. Looking up one would find the pavilion bathed in sunlight; it is as if one is submerged in a lumber basin gazing at the sunlight scattering through the floating lumber.
