I would like to assure members that the recent restructure at the Chapter office was prompted by no more than a real desire to improve the services to all members across New South Wales. It did not seek to make dramatic cost-saving measures, but refocus the available resources more flexibly where members indicate the greatest need. I would also like to reassure members that the NSW Chapter is committed to providing the continued level of service to all divisions that you have come to expect, and we welcome your assistance and support in helping us grow the activities of the Chapter.
