World Architecture Festival 2011

Three Australian practices won awards at the World Architecture Festival in November 2011 in Barcelona, where 65 countries were represented. Five of the 29 Australian finalists were invited to dry-run their presentations at the Chippendale offices of Allen Jack+Cottier (AJ+C) on Friday 21 October. AJ+C began hosting its 'Barcelona Rules' event in 2010, to help five firms polish their pitch in front of a live audience with a peer jury that critiques the performances. With comments and questions from the audience as well, it's all good fun.
