The project, TOYOSU CUBIC GARDEN, is investment building for Dai-ichi Life Insurance Company Limited as an entrepreneur and located at Toyosu bay area, former IHI's shipyard. Alter closing the shipyard, master plan for redevelopment was decided on 2002. and the project started at heart of the development area. The land is reclaimed at early Showa-period and named to be fertile land. By the redevelopment. Toyosu area provides integration of work. life, play, and study, which is different streetscape from surrounding metropolis. Therefore, the goal for this project became to develop site specific office to emphasize its characteristics.
