摘要

"OBAYASHI Technical Research Institute Main Building" is the central workstation of the General Contractor/Technical Research Institute which is aiming at innovation/demonstration/announcement of technology. In order to continue to create new technologies to cope with changing and more and more complicating social needs, we demolished the old formation, gathered the research functions of all research areas in the middle of the site, and aimed to foster an environment for creating intelligence through co-creation.
