摘要

Features of propane conversion in the presence of rare-earth metal vanadite and vanadate, both produced via solid-phasesynthesis, are studied. It is shown that MeVO_3catalyzes mainly the propane cracking process to form methane and ethylene,while MeVO_4equally accelerates both cracking and dehydrogenation of propane. The thermal stability of MeVO_4in a hydrogen atmosphere is studied by a temperature-programmed reduction, while the MeVO_3stability in an oxidizingenvironment is studied by DTA. Energies of activation for the MeVO3reduction and the MeVO_4oxidation are calculatedusing the Kissinger method.
